I love cupcakes. (Who doesn’t?) I think decorating them is my favorite part. I know I’ve told you how much I love Bake It Pretty before, but I’m going to tell you again. Because they’re awesome. Their adorable baking cups and frosting tips take cupcakes to a whole new level.
So when I read on their blog about the Cupcakes for Cures Cupcake Competition, at which they would auction off handmade aprons in support of The American Cancer Society, I couldn’t say no! Plus, Bake It Pretty’s offer to send donors a “little something special” for helping out was like… icing on the cake. (Sorry. Couldn’t help myself.)
I whipped up a Marie Apron from some spare Amy Butler fabrics I had and put it in the mail. They got some really cute ones! And the cupcakes… oh my. I wish I could have been there!
